I've already had my protein drink on the drive in to work.  Just had breakfast (yogurt) and will be back to water again in a few minutes.  Even posted a new message on my blog already this morning... I'm on a roll! As for syrups for coffee.  I don't do coffee, but I use the sugar-free Divinci syrups in my protein hot cocoa many mornings.  I love french vanilla and hazelnut - but also have some Amaretto, Kalua and Raspberry that I use.  I usually buy mine at Wal-mart Supercenter in the coffee isle (up on the top shelf and sometimes hard to find).  They have sugar-free flavors for everything I mentioned.   I've also heard that you can buy whatever sugar-free flavor you want at Starbucks.  Just ask at the counter to buy a bottle of whatever you want.  I've been considering getting a bottle of the Cinnamon Dulce - Yum! Pam

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

Hi everyone! Ok, this is going to be a loaded post today: First off, my mom called last night and offered to take me to Chicago for a weekend in May as a graduation present.  Any tourist suggestions would be welcome. Second, I am totally embarassed to admit that I hit the gym for the second time yesterday and did 1.5 miles on the treadmill and it took me 1/2 an hour walking so so so so slllooowww.  It almost killed me, but I did it.  I know I have to just keep plugging away and eventually I'll get myself in better shape. Also, our babysitter that comes after school for my son is looking for another day job, so we need to hire someone else.  I won't hire someone that I don't know, or that isn't a friend of a friend, etc.  They need to be able to handle special needs kids.  It really is a great opportunity(who wouldn't want to get paid $8 an hour tax free and get to see the two cutest kids ever?!?).  It's from 3-5:30pm on school days and longer over the breaks.  I'm hoping to find a maybe a college student?  Anyway, if you know of anyone, please let me know.

Brenda, I'll ask around school regarding the babysitter.  We have some special needs paraprofessionals that are going to school to be Special Ed teachers.  It may be something they are interested in.  I'll let you know if I hear anything! Tina
